Hi, I'm Minha Lee, a product designer. Moving between data dashboards and user interviews, I build the frameworks that keep a service standing for the long haul.

Seven years in fintech and commerce. From squeezing complex settlement flows onto a single screen to rebuilding a shopping cart that millions pass through every day — I've been making structures that go unnoticed but stay around.

I value reproducible decisions over flashy mockups, and usability six months out over a single launch.

02 approach

I believe great products come from structure — the kind that guides users to the right choice before they even realize it.

Define the problem first

Before drawing a single screen, I align the team on what we're actually solving. Beautifully solving the wrong problem is the most expensive mistake.

Structure comes before screens

Once the information hierarchy and user flow are set, the UI follows naturally. Components are the last step — the layer that gets dressed up.

Trust is built in the details

Empty states, loading, error messages. It's at the edges that a product's polish and attitude show. That 1% is what brings people back.
