01 Research It starts with user interviews and real usage logs. Before drawing a single screen, I narrow down what the real problem actually is.



02 Structure I establish the information hierarchy and flow first, organizing things so each screen asks for just one decision.



03 Detail From whitespace to transitions to microcopy. I round it out with finishing touches that go unnoticed but feel just right.
